WatEnerWine project: state of the art and opportunities for wineries
Abstract
The European WatEnerWine project supports the transition towards a more sustainable wine-production model by promoting innovative solutions for energy efficiency, renewable energy and water management among small and medium-sized enterprises. This session, held as part of the second national working group, will present experiences, good practices and technologies for improving water and energy efficiency in wineries. In a context of climate change and geopolitical uncertainty, progress in these areas is essential for increasing resilience, reducing costs and strengthening competitiveness. The session will include practical solutions, examples of successfully implemented measures and a forum for discussion with sector experts.
