Une étude de la physiologie de la vigne (cv. Merlot) et de la qualité des vins a été réalisée au Tessin de 2006 à 2008. La méthodologie utilisée pour cette étude intégrait tous les paramètres qui définissent les terroirs: facteurs naturels (géologie, pédologie et climat), facteurs physiologiques de la vigne et qualité des vins qui sont les révélateurs de la valeur d’un terroir.

S’intende per Piano Regolatore delle Città del Vino la metodologia per redigere la parte strutturale dello strumento comunale di governo del territorio. Parliamo, infatti, del principale strumento comunale di governo del territorio, così come è venuto maturando nella riflessione delle Città del Vino, strumento che si misura con la sfida di governare tutto il territorio in modo coerente e sostenibile, a partire dal riconoscimento del valore del “sistema vigneto” e della sua intrinseca fragilità.

The impact of viticulture on soil can be determined by comparing the biophysical properties that represent soil health at a particular site and depth with those same properties in soil considered to represent the ‘pre-vineyard’ state (the headland). Information gathered by this method shows the changes in soil properties following the change to viticulture depend on individual vineyard management and environment.

Wine yeast strains Saccharomyces ellipsoideus have important applications in food industry and in this regard is sought isolation as pure cultures and selecting those strains, which in laboratory investigations which have great biotechnological properties This study was intended as the ratio of live cells and autolysates cells also the influence of culture medium on this report. Yeasts selected for this study were isolated from industrial strains of indigenous grape varieties, namely: Feteasca Royal (FR) Feteasca White (FA), black Feteasca (FN), Romanian Tamaioasa (TR), Babeasca Black (BN) and Cotnari Grasa (GC).

Terroir is increasingly important today in wine markets. In a large wine production area such as the Loire Valley, the whole territories/terroirs can be distinguished according to different combinations of geological, soil, climatic and landscape features but are also characterized by their differences and likenesses in terms of combinations of terroir units and practices.
