Proceedings of the International Congress on Grapevine and Wine Sciences
The International Congress on Grapevine and Wine Sciences is an international forum organised by the Institute of Grapevine and Wine Sciences, (Instituto de Ciencias de la Vid y el Vino, ICVV). It aims to discuss and present the latest developments in viticulture, microbiology, genetic approaches, biotechnology, enology, wine chemistry and sensory analysis. In order to demonstrate how scientific research can positively influence the production of better, safer, healthier and higher quality grapes and wines, in a context framed by sustainability, climate change and circular economy, internationally recognized scientists will be invited to share their findings.
