Proceedings of the World Congress of Vine and Wine

Each year, a member state of the OIV, in collaboration with the organization, hosts the World Congress of Vine and Wine, a prestigious event bringing together scientists and researchers from around the world to present and discuss their findings. Since 2024, the proceedings have been made available on the IVES Conference Series platform, ensuring greater accessibility to the latest scientific advancements in viticulture and enology.
