Collaboration with WAC-IVAS 2026

The 6^th edition of the Wine Active Compounds conference and the 14^th edition of the In Vino Analytica Scientia symposium will be organized together in Dijon, France, from June 29 to July 3, 2026. This symposium is organized by one of our members the Université Bourgogne Europe.

IVES is pleased to announce that the organizers have chosen to make all abstracts available, with Open Access, on the IVES Conference Series platform. An online book of abstracts will also be made freely available online to highlight the scientific contributions and ensure their broad dissemination. A special issue of OENO One, gathering research articles, will also be published afterwards.
