In this interview, Antonio Graça, Head of Research and Development in Sogrape, speaks about the article “The techniques for mitigating the effects of smoke taint in wine production” published in IVES Technical Reviews.

In this article, researchers and professionals of Sogrape, the University of Padova, The University of Adelaide and The Australian Research Council Training Centre for Innovative Wine Production present some techniques to mitigate the effects of smoke taint in wines.
